SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on orders over $100 USD.

Standard delivery cost: $9.95 USD

North America

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.

Orders placed on this website are shipped from our facility in Princeton, New Jersey. When free standard shipping is selected, orders will typically leave our facility within 1 - 2 business days (may be up to 4 business days during extremely busy holiday periods).

Estimated transit/delivery time within the continental US is 2 - 5 business days. Please see FedEx zone map below for estimated delivery time to your specific area, weather permitting.

Your order will be carefully packed in protective materials, and you will receive a shipping notification via email when your package is on it's way.

International

Orders placed on this website are shipped with USP Express from our facility in Copenhagen, Denmark. Orders will typically leave our facility within 1 - 2 business days (may be up to 4 business days during extremely busy holiday periods).

Estimated transit/delivery time is 2 - 5 business days.

Your order will be carefully packed in protective materials, and you will receive a shipping notification via email when your package is on it's way.

Please confirm your local custom regulations before placing your orders, to ensure that orders from Denmark are accepted. Some countries collect import fee at delivery after declaration – kindly note that this is at own expense. Further information on this can be required at your local tax office.

PAYMENT

We offer payments with Paypal and Credit Card such as VISA, Master Card and American Express.

RETURN POLICY

All purchases made on this website can be returned for an exchange provided the return slip corresponds to the registered purchaser within 30 days of delivery. (Christmas gifts can be exchanged or refunded until January 10th).

We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes charged within 6 days of us receiving it. Shipping charges are non-refundable, however, if the return is a result of our error, we will of course refund the shipping as well.


OUR GUARANTEE

The warranty is based on the country of fulfillment, which is based on the orders delivery addess.

Items fulfilled and shipped from Denmark are subject to a 2-year warranty (due to Danish retailer laws) against defect and will be exchanged within this period of time.
 

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

Please pack your order, enclose the return form and place it in a protective envelope/package. Please mark the parcel with ”returned items”. We recommend insurance for safe arrival.

Please assist us by indicating the reason for the return or exchange on the returns form found at the bottom of your packing slip.

We will refund the value of the returned item and any taxes charged within 6 days of your return reaching our NJ facility. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event we made an error on your order, all charges are eligible for refund.
